Conditions for Refund: We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays or natural disasters.

Refund Request Process:

You may submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (60 days) has expired. Please contact us through our Contact Us page to initiate the refund process.
Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
